Bogota. Next 29th of June the capital of Colombia closes down the 10th International Festival on Short Films and El Espejo Film Schools. The total number of short films in exhibition is of 118 and it has the space to appreciate the winner films of the Berlin International Festival that counts with the presence of María Morata Marco, curator for the Berlinale.
Other important personalities from the Spanish and South American short film world during the Festival in Bogota are the Ecuadorian filmmaker Fernando Mieles and the Brazilian Savio Leitte as judges for the documentary and animation category. The Argentinian Rodrigo Magallanes will present his films Solo por Dios conocido (Known only by God) and La estación de la memoria (The Station of Memory), but he will be also a judge in the category fiction and experimental with María Morata and Colombian film researcher Juan Guillermo Ramírez. There is also a seminary on short films in the work at the Cinemateca Distrital.
