Certificates for students 2005-2007
Sihanoukvillle, Sep.07. More than 150 boys and girls of Don Bosco Sihanoukville got their certificates this morning in the school. They finished like this the studies they initiated in 2005 in sections like Electricity, Mechanic, Auto Mechanic and Secretariat. The ceremony was attended by some personalities of the Secretary of Education of the Province, the students of first years and teachers. Activities in Don Bosco Sihanoukville will start next October 2.

More students in Sihanoukville
Sihanoukville, Sept.06. It is finished the enrollment of the new students for the period 2007-2009 according with the Academic Office of Sihanoukville. During the next Academic year the school will have about 400 students and there will be a new section, Social Communication, although it will start with only 12 young men.

Teachers’ Seminar
Sihanoukville, Sept.06. September 10-11 the teachers and instructors of Don Bosco Sihanoukville will have the formative seminar on education and team working. The activity will be realized in the Saint Dominique Auditorium of the Don Bosco Brother Sun House. After the Seminar, the teachers will have their annual excursion to Siem Riep where they will be four days visiting the Archaeological sites.

Oratory to vacations in Sihanoukville
Sihanoukville, Sept.06. The Don Bosco Brother Sun Youth Center or Oratory finished its first year of life (2006-2007) and will give some recognitions to the leaders next September 7 in the Dominique Savio Auditorium. 13 young leaders (8 girls and 5 boys) leaded the activities for children and youth in the Don Bosco Campus like teaching English and Khmer, games and sports to more than 150 children who came everyday since 17:00 to 18:30. The Youth Center is settled in the Don Bosco Brother Sun House, a building of the Don Bosco Technical School that was built 10 years ago for children activities. It has the Dominique Savio Auditorium that is also used for seminars, conferences and other intellectual activities thanks to its facilities like a kitchen, Internet connection and others. The playgrounds and a garden are also a part of the atractions that children enjoy in the place. There are also two meeting rooms dedicated to Father John Visser and Father Valter Brigolin, two Salesians who have been very important in the development of the Don Bosco works in Cambodia during the last 16 years. During the ceremony the leaders will receive a certificate and also some teachers will get the Dominique Savio Thanks for their support to the activities this year that finishes.
